2 dogs attack Wisconsin woman

On Aug. 17, a Neenah woman was attacked by two dogs after she was hired to provide pet care to them and arrived on the premises. The 32-year-old woman works for Never Home Alone Pet Sitting. The incident occurred in the 1300 block of Meadow Lane Avenue in Neenah.

Plymouth woman arrested for fatal accident

A woman was taken into custody after being suspected of causing a deadly early morning crash in Fond du Lac on Highway 23. An initial accident investigation and reports from callers had indicated that the 51-year-old woman was driving a red Chevrolet Cavalier westbound when she passed several cars.

Three injured in Wisconsin crash

Three people were injured in a crash that occurred near Janesville. According to the Wisconsin Department of Transportation, two vehicles were involved in the crash. The three people who were injured were all hospitalized.

Number of accidents in Wisconsin down from 2012

Wisconsin is seeing a reduced number of traffic accidents in 2013. As of this report, only 281 traffic deaths have occurred while 333 deaths were reported this time last year. One reason for this may be a reduced number of passenger deaths. in 2012, one fatal accident, for example, resulted in the death of five people. For automobile accidents, preliminary causes of death occurring in 2013 were reported. For example, 60 deaths resulted from crashes that involved alcohol, and other deaths were caused by speeding. Furthermore, 82 people who died were not wearing seat belts while 78 were.

Fox bites Wisconsin girl at petting zoo, investigation ensues

Animal lovers and business owners in Wisconsin may have heard about a recent incident at a petting zoo in Shawano in which a 15-year-old girl was bitten by a baby fox. The bite reportedly drew blood, so the fox, which was in a pen at the time of the incident, was euthanized and is being tested for rabies. The girl is being given a rabies vaccine as a precaution.
