Workers' compensation insurance benefits everyone

 

Workers' compensation insurance is important for every company. In Wisconsin, virtually every employee is covered, with a few narrow exceptions. While some employers may feel it is a burden because it is an added expense, the reality is most employers will experience some workplace injuries to their employees. In spite of these advantages, the current system is not easy to deal with for many workers when they are attempting to recover from their injuries and the process can be intimidating.
